The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is the largest mosque commissioned by Sultan Qaboos bin Said in Oman.
Located in Muscat, it was ordered to be built in 1992 and took 6 years to complete.
The mosque features various architectural elements and artworks, including Moroccan zellige art, Mongolian murals, passages, domes, minarets, expansive gardens, and water fountains.
It serves as a tourist attraction, open for visits daily from 8 AM to 11 AM.
