Jabreen Castle is located in the Wilayat of Bahla. It was built by Imam Bil’arab bin Sultan bin Seif Al Ya’arubi in 1670. The castle has three floors and fifty-five rooms, featuring a rectangular design. It is intersected by the Jabreen Falaj from the southwest to the northeast, with the tomb of Imam Bil’arab inside. The castle, initially designed as a residence for the Imam, was restored and furnished by the Ministry of Tourism and Heritage in 1982 to open it to visitors. Jabreen Castle served as a scholarly and religious hub, producing many scholars and sheikhs.
